The high performance SCRUBBER (of water mist type) for smoke elimination is equipped with stainless steel filters and a sedimentation tank that is easily accessible for rapid extraction, and maintenance.

SCRUBBER is characterised by a maximum suction capacity of 30,500 m³/h and solid smoke particle emission lower than legal limits.

SCRUBBER features:

• Monolithic stainless steel AISI 304 structure, measured in such a way to have four effective scrubbing chambers.
  
• Recycling water tank in stainless steel AISI 304.
  
• Open impeller, self-priming pump with special seal for the water circulation.
  
• Water level kept constant by means of a float.
  
• First scrubbing chamber using a nebulizing self cleaning nozzle and centrifugal impeller with teflon coated blades.
  
• Second scrubbing chamber using multiple self cleaning nozzles.
  
• Third scrubbing chamber using self cleaning, solvent resistant spheres.
  
• Fourth scrubbing chamber using stainless steel AISI 304 double shaped filters for the drops separation.
  
• A total of five stainless steel AISI 304 doors to carry out a quick checking and cleaning.
  
• Safety limit switch device fixed on the structure, to grant the stopping of the impeller in case of door opening.
