SUPERCOAT 3400 has been developed for the SINCRO/REVERSE coating of soft upholstery, automotive and garment whole hide bovine leather.

Leather introduction is achieved by means of a double spreading conveyor working in combination with a feed-in device.

Insertion of the leather and its even and calibrated coating are further facilitated by the variable geometry contact area between the product application roller and the rubber conveyor belt.

The machine's functions are managed by a PLC with alphanumeric display, interfaced by a touch-screen monitor.

The ABS system contributes to the safeguard of the mechanical components of the machine, preventing the possibility of damages in case of leather jamming.
