STARDRIER is a range of high performance drying tunnels which Gemata can integrate into its SPRAYSTAR spraying cabins or roller finishing machines such as STARPLUS and JUMBOSTAR SR.


Depending on production requirements, they may be convective, powered by steam, superheated water, gas or diathermic oil, or simply static radiators featuring electrically-powered low frequency infrared elements.

STARDRIER is a modular product, available with cell lengths of 3,200 or 4,200 mm and useful widths of 1,800, 2,200, 2,600, 3,000, 3,400 and 3,800 mm.

The optional heat recovery system improves tunnel efficiency and decreases the residue humidity in the outgoing hides.

The hides may be conveyed on wire or mesh belts.
