THE MIXING CHAMBER

The turbine is composed by a rotating element (1) moved by an electric motor and by a stationary cover element (2).

It is equipped with more than 350 square sectioned mixing teeth anchored onto the rotating element that rotates between the spaces of the same number of teeth anchored onto a stationary cover.

This mechanism compels the chemical that enters from zone A to cross the entire series of teeth to the exit B.

The speed of rotation of the rotating element favors the foaming action while passing through the mixing teeth favouring the homogenisation.
